Quality： i bought the 8cm noodles. we made samples first and they were ok.  but later when made the bulk order something happened and the noodles shrunk to be 7cm on the edges and 5-6cm on the middle giving them funny looking.  anyway i asked the seller to give me the discount used alibaba trade assurance for the dispute but they just gave me 1,500usd. which is around 25%.

Dear Dani. You have been informed before shipment that the size of the product will be shortened over time, you understand and urge us to ship the product. As mentioned earlier, we shipped the goods in perfect condition and confirmed with the customer before shipment. However, the customer received the goods and said they were damaged and claimed it was our responsibility. We have shipped many similar products and have not received any feedback from the customer regarding the deformation of the product.
